Elle Pérez is an artist from the Bronx, NY, who works primarily in photography. Their work focuses on themes of identity, intimacy, and relationships. Pérez’s photographs have been exhibited nationally and most recently in a solo exhibition at 47 Canal Gallery in New York. They currently teach photography at Harvard University, the Rhode Island School of Design, and serves as the dean at the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture. They are also a founding member of Junte, a local and international artist collective and visual art project based out of Adjuntas, Puerto Rico.
