The seven MFA candidates whose work appears here rose to the challenges of our moment with uncommon grace. Their photographs are linked by contemplations encompassing nature, time and change, often in the context of politically charged realities. In the brief but frightening pandemic era, with human loss, social turmoil, and climate change foremost in our minds, these exemplary artists have rendered our world richer by giving us, in profound bodies of work, insights into their own.

Participating Artists:

Jacob Geiger
